Awaking at 4:35 am with no desire to sleep any longer, I lifted the window to the fire escape, placed a blanket down and meditated in the fog until I heard birds chirping. I went inside and checked my phone 1/2 an hour had passed, my running clothes slipped on and my music was set to Chakra Meditation. The fog was dense enough to breath in the water droplets and no morning light penetrated the ground until almost seven. Completely alone for an hour run with soul less streets in NYC is dreamlike. There were three rabbits, birds and a light rain that left as soon as it kissed my face.

AHHH...
